This session WILL BE recorded for HIGN members to watch on catch-up ?
Join Kate Heslegrave, Co CEO of St Helena Hospice in Essex, and Chris Morgan, Membership Manager at Social Enterprise UK, to hear how embracing social enterprise helped put the hospice on a more sustainable footing.
You’ll learn how St Helena utilised skills they already possessed to launch their social enterprise', Total Clean in support of St Helena, which, along with their other social enterprises, have had a transformative impact on the hospice.
Providing cleaning services for commercial businesses, schools, St Helena itself and also another hospice, 100% of profits from this and their other three social enterprises flow back into St Helena to help fund its charitable purpose of supporting people in Northeast Essex at the end of their life.
You’ll hear what St Helena learned along the way and how being part of the Social Enterprise UK network helped them grow this impact, from certification to pitching opportunities and advice.
If you’re a hospice leader looking to diversify your income, this is a practical webinar not to be missed!
