Hospices will need to be up to date with organisational membership to be able
to book their hospice to attend the conference. When your booking is received,
before your conference booking is processed, you will be asked if you are happy
to renew if it has lapsed / is due to lapse or you are not a recently active
member.

CALL FOR SPEAKERS for our online conference (21, 22 & 23 Apr 2026)!
Our annual conference attracts around 1,000 digital delegates from hospices across the UK.
We are appealing for speakers from a wide talent pool who can provide strategic and operational content that will help us to enhance income generation and marketing plans in our hospice settings. Or support leadership, personal development, and wellbeing of individuals and teams.
We want to hear from:
- hospices
- wider charity sector
- consultants & specialists
- agencies & businesses
Broad categories we're looking for workshops on (each workshop is one hour: about 45mins presenting with time for Q&A after):
- Public fundraising: community, events, runs & challenges, corporates
- Individual giving: appeals, donations, regular giving, in memory, Light up a Life (or similar concept)
- Higher-level giving: mid-value, major donors, trusts, capital appeals, special events
- Legacies: gifts in wills, make a will campaigns
- Donor care and stewardship
- Data, analytics, compliance, tax-efficient schemes ie Gift Aid
- Retail
- Lottery
- Marketing & communications, AI
- Leadership and personal development
- Wellbeing
Hospices provide the most vital and compassionate care and support when people need them most, no matter what their background or circumstances. It is just one of the many things that makes hospices so amazing.
We know that there is a wide range of outstanding talent across the sector and we are looking for speakers from all walks of life and are particularly committed to increase the diversity of our speakers including those from different ethnicities, disabilities and identities.
To us, talent is talent and we want to be able to share your knowledge, experiences and expertise with our members to help them develop, learn and increase the income for hospice care all across the UK.
