We are now cleaning and sorting email data ready for uploading into the Airmeet conference platform.

Each delegate that we have a correct email for will be sent a unique login to the conference on Fri 28 Mar. We advise you to keep an eye on filter folders for unique login emails.

Delegates will then be able to update profile photos and bios and have a look at the schedule online.

There is a simplified conf schedule at the foot of this page, so you and your colleagues can see in advance what you’d like to attend:

The conference starts at 9.30am on Tue 1 Apr with three days of plenaries, workshops, wellbeing sessions and virtual networking until it closes at about 3.15pm on Thu 3 Apr.

All sessions are being recorded and can be watched on catch-up in the platform for several months afterwards. So, if anyone misses the start of something or needs to be elsewhere when a session is on, they can’t watch it at a later stage by logging back into Airmeet.

We will be closely monitoring our hospice-ign@outlook.com inbox for any queries or access challenges anyone has. We will be able to re-send joining link emails as required, and update email addresses if there are any with typos or missing bits of info.
